4. Do you ship across Belgium?

Yes! We deliver throughout Belgium.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within Belgium, with no minimum order value.

6. Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely! You can choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email so you can collect it from our Brussels boutique during business hours.

7. What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Because vintage items are one-of-a-kind, we may not be able to offer exact exchanges — but we’ll do our best to find a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

8. Are vintage items in perfect condition?

Our items are authentic vintage, meaning they may show small signs of age or wear — that’s part of their history and charm.
We inspect every piece carefully and include any relevant details in the product description.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

10. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item and approve it, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
